Thrill Cash Terms & Conditions — Know Before You Play

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Thrill Cash platform (thrill.cash) and all associated services. Thrill Cash is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. Thrill Cash will not be held liable for any unauthorized activity carried out through your account.

The following rules apply when betting with Thrill Cash:

• Minimum Bet Amount: The minimum amount per bet is ৳50 BDT. Maximum bet limits vary by account tier and event.
• Odds Change: If the odds change before a bet is confirmed, the updated odds will be applied automatically.
• Bet Cancellation: Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Live Betting: Odds change rapidly in live betting. Bets will not be accepted while a market is suspended.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded to the user's account.

Thrill Cash reserves the right to refuse any bet without providing a reason, particularly where irregularities or system errors are suspected. Bets placed at abnormal odds due to a system error may be voided by Thrill Cash.

The following rules apply to all payments and withdrawals on Thrill Cash:

• Only deposits made from a Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name are accepted.
• Using a third-party payment account may result in transaction cancellation and account suspension.
• Minimum deposit ৳500 BDT, minimum withdrawal ৳1,000 BDT.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In certain cases, identity verification may extend processing time to 24–48 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

Thrill Cash charges no transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own fees, which are beyond Thrill Cash's control.

Thrill Cash regularly offers various bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all such offers:

• Each bonus has a specific wagering requirement. If this requirement is not met after receiving a bonus, both the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• The same individual or household may not claim the same promotion more than once.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to bonus winnings, as specified in the terms of each individual offer.
• Thrill Cash reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or exploit the system may result in bonus cancellation, account restriction, or permanent closure. Any bonus-related disputes must be reported to support within 24 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Thrill Cash:

• Using bots, scripts, automation software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal purpose.
• Attempting to introduce malicious software or malware into the Thrill Cash system.

Thrill Cash may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms & Conditions.
• In cases of registration using false or incomplete information.
• If identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected on the account.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or permanent closure).

If an account is closed with a verified balance, the amount will be returned to the user. However, bonus balances or winnings from unfulfilled conditions will not be refunded. Users may also request account closure at any time.

Thrill Cash is not liable for the following:

• Lost bets or failed transactions due to internet disconnection.
• Payment delays or errors caused by third-party providers such as Mobile Pay or Nagad.
• Data theft or account hacking resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Service interruptions due to government directives or legal requirements.
• Service disruptions caused by natural disasters or other force majeure events.

Thrill Cash strives to maintain the highest quality of service, but periodic technical maintenance may occasionally require temporary service interruptions. Thrill Cash is not liable for any inconvenience caused by such outages.

Thrill Cash takes the protection of your personal information very seriously. Under our Privacy Policy:

• Your personal information is used solely for the purpose of providing services and verifying your identity.
• All data is secured using SSL encryption technology.
• Your information is never shared with third parties except where required by law.
